Refunds are usually made within 10 working days of your return being accepted by us. Depending on the payment method, the time it takes for the money to enter your account may vary.

Credit card: Refund to the same credit card account used for payment.

PayPal: Refund to the PayPal account used for payment.

KLARNA PAY LATER (PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT: Payments made with Klarna will only be refunded if you have already paid. Otherwise, the due date for payment for the respective item expires due to the return.

If the invoice has already been paid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If we provide a partial refund for your order, you’ll receive an email from Klarna letting you know the updated amount due.
