When purchasing certain items from scott-sports.com, it is possible to ship to a participating Scott retailer. This program, called “Click and Collect,” ensures that the designated products are delivered to your local, preferred Scott dealer and handed off to you in proper working condition.  At the time of pickup, your local dealer will explain the features and functions of the product and confirm that you have all relevant information to fully enjoy your Scott products safely.

BIKES

• Note there's a $75-per-bike and $100-per-e-bike shipping fee that will be applied at checkout on all online bike orders from scott-sports.com
• If there is a bike in your shopping cart, you will be prompted to select a pick-up dealer at checkout
• Bicycles cannot be shipped directly to your home, or anywhere other than a SCOTT bike dealer
• All items purchased on the same order as a bike will also ship to the selected dealer chosen. If you would like to have these items delivered to your home, please place a separate order with delivery to your home
• We can only ship bikes to dealers via FedEx Ground at this time. There isn't a more expedited method currently available so please allow 3-7 business days for delivery to your chosen dealer.
• After your bike is shipped from our warehouse to the dealer, a trained shop employee will finish assembling the bike for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for this. We recommend that you communicate directly with the shop to confirm when your items will be ready and to schedule a mutually convenient pick-up time.

DELIVERY TO DEALER
To guarantee the correct assembly and operation of our bikes, we only supply bikes via one of our authorized Scott retailers. If you place one or more bikes or e-bikes in the shopping cart, your entire order will be delivered to the dealer you choose. During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to choose from the available pick-up dealers near you.

PICKING UP A CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER
In your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking link for your order to see when it will be delivered to your chosen dealer. Please communicate directly with the dealer to organize pick-up. In the case of bikes, a dealer will need 3 days to properly assemble a bike and make sure that it is ready for collection. Upon handover, someone at the dealer will walk you through your new bike and its features.

To pick up your order, you will need to show the store the shipping confirmation email and a valid government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.). Only the buyer who is named as placing the order is able to pick-up the order; buyers are not allowed to substitute someone else for pick-up. If you fail to present the confirmation email and a corresponding valid ID, you will be unable to pick-up the items until you are able to do so.
