BIKES
- Note there's a $75/bike and $100/e-bike shipping fee that will be applied at checkout on all online bike orders from scott-sports.com
- If there is a bike in your shopping cart, you will be prompted to select a pick-up dealer at checkout - bicycles cannot be shipped directly to your home, or anywhere else other than a SCOTT bike dealer
- All items purchased on the same order as a bike will also ship to the dealer chosen at checkout, please place a separate order if you would like these items sent to your home
- We only ship bikes to dealers via FedEx Ground and there isn't a more expedited method currently available, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery to your chosen dealer
- Once your bike is shipped from our warehouse to the dealer, the shop will need to build/assemble the bike, so please allow 2-5 business days for this before attempting pick-up, and/or call the shop directly to confirm your items are ready
SKIS, SKI BOOTS, & AVALANCHE AIRBAGS
- Note that any online order with skis, ski boots, and/or avalanche packs will have a $20 shipping fee applied at checkout because of specialty shipping requirements: extra large/long box size, insurance, etc.
Delivery to Dealer
In order to guarantee the necessary service we only supply bikes via one of our specialized distributors. If you place one or more bikes/e-bikes in the shopping basket, your entire order will be delivered to the desired dealer. During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to choose from the available pick-up dealers near you.
Collection at the Dealer
You can track your order through the tracking link on your shipping confirmation to see when your package was delivered to your dealer. To ensure that your order is ready for collection, it is best to call ahead and confirm. Depending on the type of article ordered, the vendor will need 3-5 working days for assembly.
Please bring the shipping confirmation and a valid form of ID when you pick up your order, to ensure that as the legitimate buyer, only you can collect the products.
