We understand that sometimes things don’t work out with the bike. Depending on how you ordered the bike, there will be different processes to return your bike.
CLICK AND COLLECT BICYCLE RETURNS
All bicycles ordered through SCOTT’s Click and Collect program are subject to the Custom Order Return Policy of the SCOTT Dealer that you have chosen. When picking up your bike, please check that the bike is the correct size and that you’re satisfied before leaving. Should you have any questions about your local store’s Custom Order Return Policy, you can find their contact details in SCOTT’s Dealer Finder and contact them directly.

HOME DELIVERY BICYCLE RETURNS
All bikes ordered directly from SCOTT’s website have a 30 day return policy. The bicycle will need to be returned in new or like new condition. That means that it’s still in the delivery packaging or has been taken for a ride up and down the street. There should be no scuffing or dirt anywhere on the bike (besides minor dirt on tire) and no evidence of longer rides. Find out more about the condition of return here.
Please use the box that your bike was delivered in to return the bike. This is designed to be reused and will ensure that your bike stays in the like new condition and isn’t damaged in return shipping.
Should you have a Warranty Issue with your bicycle, please reach out to the Experience Team. They will be able to gather all information needed (photos, proof of purchase) and then work with our warranty team to submit a claim.
