WHAT DO I DO IF THE BIKE ISN’T WORKING PERFECTLY AFTER I BUILD IT?
If something doesn’t feel quite right after setup, don’t worry—our Experience Team is here to help.
We can:
- Walk you through basic adjustments over the phone or via email
- Help connect you with a local SCOTT dealer or trusted bike shop for a tune-up or inspection
WHAT IF THE BIKE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If you notice any damage when unboxing your bike:
- Stop – Do not ride the bike.
- Document the issue with photos.
- Contact our Experience Team immediately for support and next steps.
Riding a damaged bike may pose safety risks and can affect your warranty.
HOW DO I BUILD MY BIKE AT HOME?
Your SCOTT bike will arrive 90% assembled and professionally adjusted.
You’ll also receive:
- All tools needed to complete the final setup
- A video tutorial that walks you through the final steps
How do I adjust the bike’s fit?
Getting the right fit makes all the difference.
- Simple adjustments like saddle height or bar angle can usually be done at home.
