USA Return Policy for Purchases from scott-sports.com:
Free Returns Within 30 Days* & Returns Accepted Until 90 Days - excludes final sale items and bikes
*For returns made within 30 days of the order date, we will waive the return shipment fee of $6.95; returns made between 31-90 days of the order date will have the $6.95 fee deducted from their refund amount.
We will not accept or process a return for: Final sale items; Items returned more than 90 days after the order date; Items that are used and/or missing original packaging/tags

To return any bikes or e-bikes that were ordered online from scott-sports.com and picked up at a dealer: please contact Customer Service for assistance
- Please return the product in the original packaging including all documents, tags, and/or product labels.
- Mark the item you wish to return on the return note and specify a return reason.
- Put the product you wish to return and the return note into the box and seal the box.
- For customers located in the lower 48*: to create the return label, go to: http://returns.scottusa.com
- Once you fill out the form you will be able to print a return shipping label. You will also receive the label via email. If you are unable to print the label your local FedEx location can print the label for you, just have them scan the QR code emailed to you with your shipping label.
- Stick the return label on the outside of the box (preferably over the shipping label) and issue your parcel to the nearest FedEx drop-off location.
- Keep the deposit receipt.
*Customers making a return from Alaska or Hawaii will need to contact customer services directly for return support.
