SCOTT USA has the following return policy:
- 30 days free returns on full-priced items
- All sales on discounted products (except bicycles) are final
- Bicycles ordered click and collect will be subject to the store’s custom order return policy

We will not accept or process a return or exchange for: discounted items, items returned more than 30 days after the order date, or items that are used and/or missing original packaging/tags.

To return any bikes or e-bikes ordered online from scott-sports.com and picked up at a dealer or shipped to your home please contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance. Please keep all packaging for 30 days in case you decide to return the bike.
Standard Item (except bicycles) Return Instructions:
- Return the product in the original packaging including all documents, tags, and/or product labels.
- Mark the item you wish to return on the packing slip and specify a return reason.
- Put the product you wish to return and the return note into the box and seal the box.
- For customers located in the lower 48, create the return label by visiting: http://returns.scottusa.com Customers making a return from Alaska or Hawaii will need to contact our Customer Experience Team directly for return support at 1-800-893-5294.
- Once you fill out the form you will be able to print a return shipping label. You will also receive the label via email. If you are unable to print the label, your local FedEx location can print it for you. Just have them scan the QR code that was emailed to you along with your shipping label.
- Place the return label on the outside of the box, preferably over the original shipping label, and issue your parcel to the nearest FedEx drop-off location.
- Keep the deposit receipt.
